How to send a notice

Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed;
- the URL of the material on our site;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What happens next
We acknowledge valid notices within [2 business days]. If appropriate, we remove or disable the material and inform the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with:
- your signature;
- a description of the removed material and where it appeared;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake;
- your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
